The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing operational and strategic leadership for Teksoft, with a particular focus on driving Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. Working with Banyan Software’s Operating Partner and the Portfolio team, the CEO will establish the strategies, plans and policies to meet the company’s recurring revenue growth and profitability goals. He/she will have high levels of passion, intellect, drive and grit and will be a customer-facing, self-confident, team-oriented individual who acts with unquestioned integrity. Specific Responsibilities The priorities of the CEO are to: Define a compelling vision and growth strategy for the business and lead execution Develop a growth strategy for geographic expansion and oversee the sales team’s execution of this strategy Collaborate with Banyan Software to further strengthen TeckSoft as a high-value portfolio company Maintain healthy and predictable growth by refining and consistently meeting the execution milestones of the company’s financial and operating plans Develop and execute operational initiatives to continually improve profitability Rapidly master and understand TeckSoft’s product capabilities Be a visible presence in the market and generate positive exposure for the business as a thought leader in the industry Provide strong leadership to the organization, managing functional leaders (e.g., Product, Development, Sales, and Operations), fostering a positive work culture, and driving team collaboration Make key decisions in Product, Development, Sales, Operations, and Support matters when CEO input is required Identify and pursue new business relationships and partners, new projects, and opportunities for growth Strengthen existing client relationships with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and incremental value creation, including addressing and resolving any customer conflicts Manage key partner relationships and long term agreements (including those with pharmacies and hospitals) Handle regulatory inquiries and maintain relevant regulatory relationships Qualifications & Experience Past senior leadership experience in a successful B2B software business Verifiable track record of value creation P&L experience, with strong financial literacy and business acumen Financial Services exposure is required; healthcare is preferred Demonstrated effectiveness in GTM planning and execution Familiarity with software product management Ability and interest to be a thought-leader in technology solutions for community banks Passion for delighting customers and engaging teams Growth- and action-oriented and able to set long-term strategy for profitable expansion Able to work well with multiple stakeholders, including Banyan leadership Able to bring discipline, focus and accountability to achieving key performance indicators Strong analytical skills Impeccable integrity and high ethical standards Education An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded university is required Language French and French business proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
