As a key member of the National Information Technology Team, the Sr. Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining and administering the core technology stack and cybersecurity posture of Baker Tilly National IT Infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, managing cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365, diverse On-Premises Server and Network Infrastructure across the country, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoints (ATP) and Knowbe4 Security Awareness Program. Manage and configure Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management: Application Deployment and Management, Patch Management, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies and GPO design and management. Prepare, design and migrate from and to Office 365, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Teams Voice. Manage and prepare the migrating of workflows to Azure IaaS and other cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS. Manage complex infrastructure across multiple locations and cloud services. Prepare and participate in developing Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity strategies. Administering, provisioning, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows Server OnPrem and Cloud. Administering, provisioning, and supporting Azure Cloud Infrastructure. Scripting of automation workflows and reports. A passion for learning disruptive technologies such as Generative AI, Cloud, Microsoft Power Apps, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps. Accountability to work within the service desk, managing, reviewing, taking action, and escalating tickets from national team members and local office IT teams. A maturity and dedication to following ITIL methodology (change, incident, and problem management) and commitment to following appropriate IT Project Management guidelines. Act as subject matter expert in designing and reviewing new application deployment, implementing technology resources, and migrating on-prem workflows to the cloud. Competence in creating clear documentation on existing technology, policy development and standard operation procedures. Management of cyber security training programs (KnowBe4). Including but not limited to the design and release of campaigns, simulation phishing campaigns, and reporting. Liaising with local office IT teams on technology-related issues and strategic initiatives such as Cyber Security and AI. Working collaboratively with external vendors and senior IT resources to identify, propose, and implement technology solutions. Drive technology innovation and provide coaching and mentoring support to local office IT teams. A successful candidate will have: You have 3+ years' experience working in a similar role, are self-motivated and are comfortable working remotely while supporting remote infrastructure and users in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with local IT member firms and diverse MSP providers nationwide. Comfortable in a time-sensitive, project-driven, team-based environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with high attention to detail. Team player who can conduct work with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Thorough knowledge of change management and project management, with the ability to identify/define gaps, risks and requirements and produce supporting documentation. Ability to generate reports with a high attention to detail using PowerBI and other reporting tools. Technical expertise in advanced Active Directory services, including ADFS, Azure AD, SSO and Azure AD Connect configurations. Technical expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Teams Voice. Technical expertise in Intune Endpoint Management: Application Deployment and Management, Patch Management, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies and GPO design and management. Technical expertise in designing and migrating from and to Office 365, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Teams Voice. Technical expertise in extending services and migrating workflows to Azure IaaS and other cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS. Proven experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoints (ATP), managing protection policies, email review and analysis and action on potential threads. Proven experience with Azure (IaaS and SaaS), Azure AD and multiple Hybrid environments. Proven experience and expertise in the Microsoft suite of server products, including Windows Server 2012 – 2019. Experience implementing Cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS IG1 and ISO27001. Experience developing Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity strategies. Proven experience and expertise with PowerShell Scripting and other automation tools.
