Vice President, Impact & Innovation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Impact and Innovation to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote community engagement and partnerships, with a focus on addressing key social issues. This role involves the introduction of innovative technologies, research methods, and evaluation processes to enhance the effectiveness and visibility of programs. The Vice President will also advise on program outcomes, ensure continuous learning, and spearhead the organization's collective impact strategy. Strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial stewardship are key components of the position.Applicants for the Vice President of Impact and Innovation role at the company should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years' of work experience, with a minimum of 7 years' at the senior leadership level.
