About You You like to take the initiative and manage multiple priorities and work at a faster than average pace. Main Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage resource allocation and inventory management to meet customer demands. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance, technological advancements, and best practices. Requirements Minimum 7 (seven) years in warehouse leadership and management with strong decision-making skills. Experience in import/export (working with containers). Working knowledge of freight, logistics (including 3PL) and WHMIS. Knowledge of project management principles; experience managing projects.
