To reach these goals we need your POWER! We are looking for a HRIS Implementation Specialist based out of the St. Thomas, Ontario office. Reporting to the HR PMO & Digital Manager, the HRIS Implementation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HR Digital technologies within PowerCo Canada Inc with a strong focus on the SAP HCM ecosystem. This is a temporary flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the St. Thomas office. Primary Responsibilities: Implementation of PowerCo Canada Inc HR Digitalization portfolio projects and systems activities. Supporting the continuous optimization, agile ramp up, and digitalization of the HR process organization. Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into robust and effective digital solutions. Regular liaison with key IT contacts for all project intersections e.g. integrations, architecture. Ensuring effective business as usual handovers to key user group including upskilling. Working with external configuration and support teams. Supporting product and service benchmarking activities. Working with the global HR Digitalization regularly on key topics/projects. Using formal processes and tools to manage resources, tasks, and changes. Managing project status and information, and communicating them through formal briefings, project update meetings, and/or written or electronic reports. Developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project plans, action item registers, and milestone timelines for all assigned projects. Creating and maintaining process workflow documents to support business needs. Ensuring strict data governance and data security is adhered to and maintained within all projects. Managing the end-to-end process of all assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting budgetary demands. Maintaining communication with stakeholders and acting as a single point-of-contact for project status. Performing quality control in all projects throughout their life cycles to ensure all standards are adhered to. Maintaining high-level knowledge of projects’ life cycle and portfolio. Providing daily updates to the HR PMO & Digital Manager. Performing other related duties as assigned or as they might pertain to the position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, IT or related field and/or equivalent work experience. 3+ years experience in HRIS implementation administration or 3+ years experience within a project role. 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Prior experience and knowledge of digital transformation tools and practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to adapt to frequent change. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information. Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management. Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured way of working and comprehensive MS Office skills. PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile or other Project Management qualifications. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodology.
