MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide customers try on clothes, measure accurately, and understand their preferences. Be responsible for fitting/pinning customer’s clothes. Prepare and perform basic clothing alterations, including sewing. Follow established standards for customer service, problem resolution and handle customer complaints. Make customers feel welcome and comfortable. Recommend alteration options, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our alteration processes and products. Offer alternatives that fit the customer's budget, or products that complement the alteration.
