Actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Manage direct reports including: selection, orientation, training and development, performance management, succession planning and compensationProvide customer service to meet customer needsResponsible for scheduling of front end, and filling shiftsSupervise and give direction to all front end staffPerform closing duties and cash upPerform cash pick-upsPerform till auditsPerform till overridesConduct item price checksAdhere to and implement all applicable company standardsPerform administrative duties as required What you have to offer: Above average communication skills (both oral and written)Basic math skillsGood work ethic and ability to multi task Education: High School DiplomaMinimum of 12 months experience Sobeys Rivergrove and its franchise partners offer teammates competitive compensation packages that will vary by role, location and store ownership.
