As a key player of our SEO team, you will drive our clients' organic search strategies and help them achieve higher search engine rankings and increased organic traffic. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement and analyze SEO strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.Technical SEO Audits: Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues Content Optimization: Write SEO-optimized content using our in-house SEO writing solution to drive traffic to our e-commerce categories and increase visibility through keyword ranking. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software (i.e., SEMRUSH and ScreamingFrog). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to present SEO strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics and address any questions or concerns.Qualifications:1-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successfully improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Screaming Frog, etc)Strong content strategy skills, ideally with experience in data-driven content creation, blog strategyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skills leveraging data storytelling/visualizationStrong understanding of recent search algorithm updates, search ranking factors, industry best practices, and technical SEOStrong collaboration skillsExcited to learn and grow within a young and dynamic teamBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Salary: $45,000-55,000 or based on experienceVacation: 2 weeks + office closed between Christmas and New Year’s
