What You'll Do: As the Building Maintenance Coordinator at Salsbury Community Society, you'll oversee inspections, minor repairs, and long-term asset management for the CoHere building, ensuring tenant well-being and building sustainability.

Job Details: This is a part-time role (4 days/week) ranging from 21-28 hours. The position reports to the Executive Director and offers a salary of $26-29/hour (dependent on experience), along with two weeks of vacation, health benefits, and a flexible work environment.
Qualifications: We're seeking a reliable team member with experience in building management, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Experience with building management and/or the non-profit sector is preferred.
