As a key IT team member, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to enhance our business processes and customer engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Salesforce.com applications, and Lightning Web Components.Utilize Apex and AMPscript for advanced customization and functionality within Salesforce.Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing strategies.Perform Salesforce.com administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing robust and scalable fixes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce implementation.Qualifications:Proven experience with Visualforce, Salesforce.com development, and Lightning Web Components.Solid understanding of Salesforce.com administration and best practices.Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Apex, and AMPscript with a focus on customization and configuration.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration with Salesforce CRM.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience with Salesforce.com implementation is highly desirable.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.Join Us:Embark on a fulfilling career with Losani Homes, where innovation meets tradition and every employee is part of our success story.
