Coordinate the final disposal of end-of-term company car vehicles through auctions or sale to dealers. Coordinate and monitor the repair and reimbursement of vehicle damages. Assist the Fleet Manager with PVT reconciliation and End-of-Term (EOT) disposal.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in Coordinating the company car and employee lease programs by:Soliciting vehicle orders from departments and employees, compiling and tracking ordersCoordinating the timely preparation of vehicles including PDI and licensingArranging delivery of the vehicle to the employeeAdvising Accounting and our insurance carrierMaintaining accurate and updated company car usage reportsAssist in Coordinating the physical movement of autoshow vehicles and other events – to and from their venues, and ensuring their subsequent sale and delivery to dealers by:Liaising with the MMSCAN Marketing and PR departments and, if necessary, the MMNA Autoshow Coordinator.Disposing of Autoshow vehicles to dealers as quickly after show as possible.Help Coordinate the End-of-Term (EOT) vehicles by:Monitoring the timing of EOT vehiclesLiaising with the Fleet Manager on surveying, pricing and coordinating transport of turned-in units to dealers or various auction locationsContinually monitor the physical movement of all vehicles including company car vehicles in Canada by:Developing a close relationship and communicating on a regular basis with the ports, compounds and railway and trucking vendors.Ensuring the timely shipment and delivery of vehicles by analyzing daily reports providedBeing proactive to avoid unnecessary delays.Coordinate and monitor vehicle damage by:Assessing and working with our insurance company and dealer on the repair, reimbursement and costing of damaged company vehiclesEnsure the prompt reimbursement from the responsible parties and liaise with accounting to properly book.Assist the Fleet Manager by:Maintaining the accuracy of the PVT system by verifying auction sales results in the PVT systemSending invoices to Enterprise (as required)Reconcile (monthly or as required) auction inventory reports to PVTDistribute morning reports and other duties as required.REQUIREMENTS:• 3 – 5 years professional experience in Automotive Distribution• Strong verbal/written communications/presentation skills.• Post-secondary or equivalent combination of experience and education.
