Job Description The , North East, is seeking applicants for Site Lead for the . The position, available June 1, 2022, works closely with and is support for the Area Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will take leadership within acute care, including COVID related matters and leadership of and liaison with local Area Department Leads and local area Practitioner Staff Affairs. Job Qualifications Education: Licensed medical practitioner in good standing with the Canadian Certified Physician Executive credential would be an asset Advanced education in healthcare administration, public administration and/or leadership studies would be an asset Participation in the would be an asset Additional training and/or education in leadership/management would be an asset Experience: Has experience, at a strategic level, as a medical leader who has developed and led innovative programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Experience in healthcare leadership/management/administration Has knowledge of and experience in guiding health quality improvement processes and initiatives
