You will: DISCOVER & DRIVE INNOVATION By utilizing your technical skills, recommend evidence-based improvements to increase efficiency, while understanding and balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT By building and managing relationships, identify and develop solutions that bring value to the business, while communicating effectively with our partners LEARN & INFLUENCE By sharing best practices and finding opportunities for self-directed learning, be an active participant in shaping the SEA Network’s capabilities and evolving our role over time to better support the business MANAGE RISK AND COMPLIANCE By understanding Roche Policies & Procedures, be a ‘gatekeeper’ between Legal, Compliance and various stakeholders across the organization, as it applies to contracting FLUIDITY & FLEXIBILITY By embracing change and prioritization, easily adapt to an ever-changing work environment in addition to undertaking ad hoc project requests and team initiative-related tasks LEVERAGING TOOLS & NETWORK By becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the SEA Network, systems and tools, use project management skills to expedite requests and tasks to meet Service Level Agreements. HOW YOU WILL DO IT You will succeed as a Solutions & Excellence Associate by leading, collaborating, and relaying your expertise to cross-functional partners. You will Apply your organizing and problem-solving skills to plan and execute multiple projects  Leverage excellent verbal and written communication skills to motivate your colleagues, negotiate with peers and partners and influence across stakeholders Actively seek feedback and opportunities for personal growth and development Advocate for innovative solutions that address gaps or roadblocks for our business partners Use your technical skill set to explore new and creative tools, accelerating training as necessary Demonstrate agility and ability to perform in a highly fast-paced, matrix environment where cross-team collaboration is crucial Embrace a team culture that encourages inclusivity, accountability & enables trust Schedule, participate and/or lead virtual meetings on various platforms Model Roche’s values in everything you do WHO YOU ARE You are talented and passionate. You… Hold a 3 year degree, BA or Business Degree preferred Have a growth mindset and are excited about learning through experience Possess strong working knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets & Slides Want to make a difference and find excitement in innovating systems, tools and processes Exemplify a self-starter who finds passion in achieving successful outcomes that leverages systems, tools and teamwork Able to adapt to changing work and responsibility demands; you have stellar organization and prioritization skills Have experience in analysis, design and implementation of business processes in a compliant and auditable environment is also considered an asset to this role This position is not eligible for relocation support.
