As a Manager, Product & Relationship, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing lender relationships by meeting with assigned lenders on a regular basis to understand their business, proactively present solutions and ensure our products and services are meeting their needs. In essence, you will be an extension of the lender at FCT. HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE: Maintain lender relationships by meeting with assigned lenders on a regular basis to understand their business and ensure we proactively present solutions. Work with our lender partners to determine pain points and align solutions to address. Identify and build relationships with key customer stakeholders. Exhibit subject matter behavior and knowledge to create trust and comfort with customers by demonstrating knowledge about FCT, the industry and about the customer's processes and business. Knowledge, influencing abilities and responsiveness are key. Ensure effective implementation and communication of new launches/initiatives with both internal and external business partners and customers from initiation of the launch to the post-launch activities. You will work closely with all stakeholders, collaborating to ensure that all requirements will be fulfilled and all stakeholders are tracking with the deliverables and applicable expectations are being set. Drive, participate/contribute and implement lender initiatives/launches HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 5-7 years related work experience within a mortgage, lending or real estate field Post-secondary education, law clerk/paralegal training is a definite asset Specialized knowledge of the practices, procedures and technologies that are directly related to mortgage and real estate functions with a well-developed knowledge of the various products involved Passionate about customer centricity with a creative problem-solving mindset Very strong planning, organization and project management skills Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization (internal and external) ________________________________________________________________________________________________ En tant que gestionnaire, Produits et relations, vous serez responsable du maintien et du développement des relations avec les prêteurs en rencontrant régulièrement les prêteurs désignés pour comprendre leurs activités, présenter de façon proactive des solutions et veiller à ce que nos produits et services répondent à leurs besoins. Essentiellement, vous serez une extension du prêteur chez FCT. VOTRE CONTRIBUTION : Entretenir les relations avec les prêteurs en rencontrant régulièrement les prêteurs désignés pour comprendre leurs activités et veiller à ce que nous présentions des solutions de façon proactive. Travailler avec nos partenaires prêteurs pour déterminer les irritants et harmoniser les solutions afin d'y remédier. Repérer et établir des relations avec les principaux intervenants des clients. Adopter un comportement d'expert en la matière et faire preuve de connaissances en ce sens pour instaurer un climat de confiance et d'aisance avec les clients en démontrant ses connaissances sur FCT, l'industrie et les processus et les activités du client. Les connaissances, la capacité d'exercer une influence et la réactivité sont des éléments essentiels. Assurer la mise en œuvre et la communication efficaces des nouveaux lancements ou des initiatives récentes avec les partenaires d'affaires internes et externes et les clients, du début du lancement aux activités qui suivront celui-ci. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes, en veillant à ce que toutes les exigences soient satisfaites, que tous les intervenants fassent le suivi des livrables et que les attentes applicables soient définies. Diriger et mettre en œuvre les initiatives/lancements des prêteurs et y participer/contribuer. VOS COMPÉTENCES : De cinq à sept ans d'expérience de travail dans un domaine lié aux prêts hypothécaires, aux prêts ou à l'immobilier. Études postsecondaires; formation de technicien juridique/parajuriste, définitivement un atout. Connaissance spécialisée des pratiques, des procédures et des technologies directement liées aux fonctions hypothécaires et immobilières, avec une connaissance approfondie des divers produits visés. Passion pour l'orientation client et esprit créatif pour la résolution de problèmes. Très bonnes aptitudes pour la planification, l'organisation et la gestion de projet. Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite, et capacité à traiter efficacement avec des intervenants de tous les échelons d'une entreprise (internes et externes).
