DMC Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with an emerging real estate development and construction firm in their search for a Construction Project Coordinator to manage various residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, construction software, and possess strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee residential and mixed-use construction projects from conception to completion
• Prepare and submit project bids
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Interpret contracts, schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting summaries
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Experience with residential construction projects is essential.
