Application Administrator (ServiceNow)

Our client in the public sector is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator. The ideal candidate will work on the platform’s stabilization, functional road-mapping, and configuration of processes to improve Employee experience.Location: hybrid TorontoDuration: 6 months w/ 6 months extensionResponsibilitiesManages all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, access control, and system configurations.Configures and customizes ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, and APM), platform and mobile to meet business requirements.Provides support and training to ServiceNow users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and delivering training sessions as needed.Performs platform upgrades, module upgrades, and patches as requiredWorks with Subscription Management and process leads for overall license management.Monitors and addresses security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.User access administration with a focus on least privileged access and overly permissive ACLs.Responsible for collaborating on day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring the platform's reliability, security, scalability and performance.Requirements5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration tasks, including user management, ACLs, UI policies, and business rules.Experience with ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Change, Asset (HAM and SAM), Configuration Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).Has successfully performed ServiceNow platform upgrades
