Center Director - Huntington Learning Center

As a Center Director, you will manage and run the day-to-day operations of a busy Learning Center. You will be expected to meet revenue, operations, and marketing goals. The four main components to this position include: Primary Job Functions: MANAGEMENT: Train, coach and develop your full-time and part-time staff. Maintain a high level of staff morale and minimize turnover. Schedule tutors and students. Hold monthly teacher meetings to discuss important topics regarding the center. EDUCATION: Ensure that top-quality instruction and service is being delivered by your full-time and part-time staff to each student every day! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Meet with parents on a monthly basis to update them on their child's progress at the center. Ensure we're providing the best customer service to our valuable families. Secondary Job Functions: SALES: Help generate new clientele for the center and maintain current students. Handle initial client inquiries that result in student evaluation and enrollment. MARKETING: Foster positive relationships with local school and business personnel and present at parent workshops and community groups.
