Job Title: Light General Contractor Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Light Commercial Supervisor.
Position Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our light commercial construction projects. From project planning and scheduling to on-site management and quality control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of each project within budget and timeline constraints.
Full Time - $38-$45/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all phases of light commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure adherence to project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, materials used, equipment on-site, and any incidents or delays.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and field personnel, to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Other duties as required and assigned by the Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to light commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting (e.g., Procore, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Red Seal Carpenter or Level 4 Carpenter preferred.
