Essity’s Health and Medical Canadian team is looking for an experienced Medical Advisor – Lymphology & Phlebology. The role of the Medical Advisor is to support the Western Canada sales team by providing knowledge, training, guidance, and support to the sales team with Lymphology and/or Phlebology solutions, to ensure strategic market development. Also advising internal and external target groups about medical products and product applications in line with sales plan, to ensure knowledge transfer and to convince external target groups and professional users of the benefits of our medical range and linked services.

This will be a remote position responsible for covering Western Canadian territories (not excluding occasional National travel). The ideal candidate should be located within the aligned territory and have ability to travel often.

What You Will Do

Set up, run and/or supervise clinical lessons and product presentations to accurately display the properties and benefits of assigned products and show customers/users how to use them correctly and effectively in alignment with care protocols.

Develop and update training programs, instruction materials, procedures, and regulations to ensure up to date expertise on relevant product segments.

Launch and support key strategic products.

Introduce new and innovative concepts to improve sales opportunities and market position.

Identify and communicate market intelligence on potential new opportunities in terms of new products or applications.

Actively build and maintain networks and participate in relevant forums and seminars to stay updated with market development and the position of our products in the market.

Identify, develop & maintain relationships with key clinical opinion leaders & associations.

Provide professional support and training to internal and external target groups including train the trainer activities.

Work with sales management to develop clinical strategies within regions.

Work closely with Key/Account Manager to optimize customer management according to budgeted plans.

Maintain data in sales systems (CRM)

Who You Are

Some domestic travel required throughout their respective territory (up to 50%)

Excellent aptitude & attitude for teamwork

Ability to develop and manage priorities & projects

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Qualified candidates should have 5-7 years prior experience with Lymphology & Phlebology

Fluent English, Bi-Lingual (EN/FR) is nice to have.
