Reporting Relationships: Sales Director BNP Direct Reports: No direct reports Location: Antwerp, Belgium Languages: French native Fluency in English Dutch is a plus In this role you can expect to Be responsible for the territory revenue goals within the assigned market. Building a sustainable customer relationship and relations of regional network partners Primary follow through on leads assigned by marketing with some proactive demand generation Responsibility for the development of customer solutions, preparation, creation and presentation of offers. Market research in the field of leadership development and career transition Identify and pursue new customers, providing relevant information to leadership through short, medium and long-term sales planning, forecasting and pipeline accuracy. All About You Experience of building,developing,and converting customer relationships & contracts. A self-starter that thrives in a fast-pasted environment, has a strong work ethic and isadaptable Comfortableprospecting,making outside goals, working with partners, generating interest, and aligning LHH solutions to clientneeds.
