As an organization, THFC has always strived to execute its vision and mission using a structured, process-driven approach guided by strategic pillars and priorities. A key strategic priority for THFC is a focus on its people: a strong culture that model’s excellence in everything they do; making a meaningful and lifelong difference in the lives of the young people they serve; and, inspiring everyone who comes in contact with them. THFC is now seeking a Director, Human Resources (HR) based at the centralized head office of THFC in St. George, Ontario.
