Scope of WorkDevelop a Change Management Plan that outlines the approach/methodology, stakeholders, training, success metrics to track behaviour change and adoption and a sustainability plan that drives and enforces ongoing product management behaviours/mindsetConduct a Stakeholder Analysis and develop a Stakeholder Map that identifies the different stakeholder personas and potential resistance that may emergeConduct Stakeholder interviews/consultations, as requiredDevelop a Communications Plan that outlines the key messages, based on stakeholder groups and the proposed/recommended mediums/engagementDevelop a Training Plan that outlines the high-level learning delivery approach and medium(s) that will be used to deliver the training, prerequisites, learning objectives and the topics/curriculum that maps to the steps within the CAC Product Management Playbook:Step 1: Map Product to CAC TaxonomyStep 2: Define Digital Product Vision for the Product LineStep 3: Create a Funding ModelStep 4: Build a BacklogStep 5: Build a Product RoadmapStep 6: Create the ReleaseThe learning delivery approach should include the following elements:Theory – provide the core knowledge areas as it relates to the steps within the CAC Product Management PlaybookPractice – provide the approach on how participants will be able to practice/apply in real-time (where possible) at each step to execute/deliver the outcome in the PlaybookCoaching – provide targeted coaching to participants/pilot groups to help reinforce and guidance as part of the practice. The Change Consultant to recommend the coaching approach and number of coaching hours for the pilot groups (coaching would support the pilot group in executing/delivering the step)Develop training materials and deliver training to business and CAC partners, participating in Test and Learn(s)Deliver training. Training will be delivered to three (3) pilot groups in parallel. Training will be developed and delivered before each step of the Test and Learn pilotsIdentify the KPIs/metrics, measure and report on people change success and adoption from the Test and Learn(s)ResponsibilitiesWork with organizations, by providing expertise, consultative advice, guidance and coaching, to build knowledge and expertise of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsCollaborate closely with the product manager who will coach the pilot teams in developing the pilot step deliverables and outputsHelp leaders and teams enhance their capabilities to understand how change impacts people, the reasons why people resist change and how to support people as they transition through changeBe an active and visible coach to support leaders, partners and stakeholders in their role as change championsPartner and work collaboratively with key roles such as project managers, business analysts, process improvement specialists, change consultants and leadership to integrate change practices at all levels of the organizationDevelop and implement change management strategies, plans and frameworkLead, develop, implement and/or provide input in the development of communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, training plan, and resistance management throughout the lifecycle of the projectLeads stakeholder management, including identification and analysis of key stakeholders, and the development of stakeholder engagement strategiesEnsure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers, smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem solving resulting in successful implementationEnsure that clients/partners and stakeholders are actively engaged in the change, consulted with and communicated toBe able to articulate the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense to impacted stakeholders and provides a compelling picture of the new organizationBuild consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders on specific changes designed to better meet their needs Identify potential people side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concernsDesign and conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders to plan and carry out a change management strategyAdminister measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changesDevelops an approach to embed/institutionalize the change to sustain the benefits achieved, including knowledge transfer, performance management, continuous improvement and other related practicesGeneral SkillsExperience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies and
