A typical day:Develop, assess, motivate and retain team membersMust operate Pharmacy to achieve established plans and budgetsResponsible for efficient Associates' scheduling according to business needs, ongoing associate assessment and periodic performance reviewsResponsible for developing and executing business action plans to meet the corporate goals and developing corrective action plans based on deficiencies identified in reports (P&L, FSA visits, POAs, etc.) or by audits and DM visitsResponsible for maintaining accurate inventories in the Pharmacy by following company OBWs/SOPs (receiving inventory management, disposal of expired products), addressing all customer complaints and resolve all customer problems to ensure excellent customer experienceDevelop and establish collaborative relationships with other health care providers within the store (clinics, Vision Centre, their community etc.).
