In full growth, Soucy Caoutchouc is looking for passionate and committed players who will use their know-how and skills to help the team and even the company.Here's an overview of your tasks: Identify, plan and follow up on the implementation of deliverables to ensure the production of assigned productsIdentify and provide the necessary tools for the production of new products or changes to the manufacturing process of existing productsMeasure and optimize the performance of the process in order to meet the established objectives or standardsPropose optimized layouts and an ergonomic and safe work environment for production employeesContribute to the improvement of the manufacturing process in order to reach the production quality objectivesAnalyze work methods and recommend improvementsParticipate in evaluations to establish production rates for production start-ups as well as for any changesCarry out projects aimed at the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the company
