Electrical Engineer (PEng)

Wood currently has an exciting opportunity for a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Electrical Engineering located in the City of Trail, British Columbia. This role has overall responsibility for providing Electrical Engineering and Design support, with an opportunity to provide project engineering and electrical discipline leadership, on industrial, power & mining projects. Reporting to the Engineering Department Manager, this position will require working in the location of Trail, British Columbia, just 3 hours from Kelowna BC and 6.5 hours to Vancouver BC. Our office provides full engineering, procurement and construction services on a wide variety of industrial projects related to mining, mineral development and processing and hydroelectric generation. Additionally, our engineering team and companywide environmental specialists are focused on Carbon Management & reduction initiatives to provide solutions to energy services to reduce emissions and protect our environment. The Trail office currently numbers over 50 engineers, designers and support personnel. Trail is an affordable family-oriented community.
