The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Logistics and Warehouse teams, strategy, and project planning as well as corporate projects implementation.What’s In It For You?Competitive compensationComprehensive benefitsEducation and professional development assistanceRRSP matchingFitness incentivesRelocation allowanceWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:Leading and mentoring the Logistics and Warehouse teamsOverseeing large facility and warehouse projectsManaging corporate projects, creating plans, monitoring progress, and resolving issuesMaintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholdersOverseeing operations processes such as inventory distribution, inventory forecasting and recommending strategies to make improvementsDeveloping and maintaining project management templates and processesEmpowering teams to achieve corporate and departmental goalsDeveloping annual department objectives aligned with team KPISEstablishing clear priorities, reviewing projects, and delegating tasksTraining and developing team members and addressing skill gapsSetting individual performance goals, conducting feedback sessions and annual reviewsSupporting the teams in overcoming challenges and roadblocksOverseeing annual budget development and vendor negotiationsManaging vendor relationships and ensuring KPIs are metMonitoring returns processing KPIsThe Ideal Candidate:Post-secondary education in supply chain management, business or related field4+ years of leadership experience with 2 years directly managing supervisor level employees3+ years of experiencing handling large-scale cross functional projectsExcellent organization and time management skillsAnalytical and detail-oriented problem solverStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeComplimentary Experience:PMP, Six Sigma or CCBAExperience in an e-commerce and D2C environmentExperience using NetSuiteLogic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions is committed to providing accessible employment practices that follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
