Role Description This is a contract role for 2 Senior Consultants at a2z strategic consulting. The Senior Consultants will be responsible for assisting clients in transforming their organizational visions into actionable plans. They will work closely with clients to develop customized strategies, provide change management support, facilitate training sessions, and monitor the implementation of initiatives. This is a hybrid role which requires working from our office in Laval, QC, with the flexibility for some remote work.
