Location: Canada - up to 40% travelAbout Our Client: Our client is a leading B2B tech firm in the reward management and sales performance industry.Position Scope:As the EVP of Sales, North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client’s growth strategy by leading the sales team and expanding their market presence. This position reports directly to the executive leadership team and offers the opportunity to shape and build the sales organization from the ground up, while leveraging the foundation already in place. This is a strategic yet tactical role, requiring the ability to both conceptualize and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.Responsibilities:Drive sales growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and direct selling efforts.Lead the recruitment and hiring in collaboration with HR of top-tier sales talent to build a high-performing team.Implement effective sales processes and strategies to optimize performance and drive results.Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.Provide leadership and guidance on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Utilize analytics to track sales performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, to maximize revenue opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Knowledge:Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create compelling sales presentations, client specific proposals, pricing models with defined client ROI.Strong experience in building and scaling sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.Deep understanding of sales analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive results.Experience in selling through partnerships and building strategic alliances to drive business objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.Knowledge and familiarity with SaaS/PaaS technology platforms and the Recognition, Incentive, Loyalty & Rewards industryVery strong Excel based analytical skills including large data manipulation and the ability to determine and summarize executive insight.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field10-15+ years of sales experience (with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity), ideally in a fast-paced, growing environmentNorth American and/or global experience is considered an assetExperience in the loyalty, incentive, rewards and recognition space is required Up to 40% travelApplication Instructions: To apply, please send a resume to Aman Sodi at [email protected] Search Group is a fair and equitable search firm.
