The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in Alberta and have the following credentials: - Between 3-5 years of post-call financial services experience including acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions; - Excellent academic and professional credentials; - Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and - Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
