We have clients in all continents so you will join a global team.You will be supporting clients (SaaS/Hosted) for Level 1 and Level 2 for the US trading hours.The responsibilities include:Participate to L1/L2 phone, email and chat systems support of global clients in the US trading hours.Analyse/Investigate the root cause of the reported issues reported by the client or internally by Quod teams.Deploy Quod Software in our SaaS environment or in a client hosted environment and ensure that the connectivity with 3rd parties (Middle office and Back office systems, brokers, trading venues, etc.) is setup and running.Participate in the integration with other counterparties (exchanges, brokers, etc.) including the certification process.Configure and maintain (upgrade/patch) the different components of the Quod platform.Identify improvement areas and propose/design/implement solutions and new ways of working.Skills required:Strong knowledge of Linux OS including Scripting (shell/Perl).Good knowledge of Database SQL (Oracle or Postgres).Fluent English.Skills nice to haveKnowledge of Trading and Financial Markets (FIX protocol, Trading workflow).
