The ideal candidate will have some experience with e-billings and a proven track record in the professional services industry. Successful candidates must have a strong client service approach to work.Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.- Conduct collection efforts to minimize outstanding accounts receivable and improve cash flow.- Utilize e-Billings platforms to streamline billing procedures and enhance efficiency.- Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making and improve collections performance.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize billing and collections processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's/College degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.- 3-7 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the professional services industry.- Proficiency in e-Billings platforms and billing software (e.g., 3E, elite, PC Law, Aderant).- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:- Competitive salary, bonus, pension and benefits package.
