Bilingualism is mandatory. Requirement: A Health Care Aid or PSW certificate is required; Work permit (mandatory for international applicants). Assets: Experience in long-term care or gerontology; CPR certification. A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.
