Project Manager – Kitchener

Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000* /year (full-time / permanent) Project Manager: On Side Restoration is looking for a Project Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the restoration of property after a disaster. If you enjoy variety in your work environment, this role offers the opportunity to visit different job sites while having the stability of a local branch office. Project Managers are responsible for: Working with Insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured. Quality control of all aspects of the job. Owning the job and ensuring it reflects your standards. Providing superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families. Assessing damage and determining the scope of work needed. Managing and directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts (e.g., water damage, fire & smoke damage, weather damage) Cleaning & packing Rebuilding Project completion What you bring: A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry. Experience with Xactimate. A passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Willingness to work after hours and on weekends. Problem-solving and priority management skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Clean criminal record. Additional Qualities: Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Commitment to self-development. Willingness to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates (optional). Of Note: Rotating after-hours on-call work schedule is a requirement. *Salary compensation is based on project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships.
