We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and loyal team.We offer you the option of either working part time, two days a week just in St Ives Cornwall, or full time working two days in Redruth and two days in St Ives.Our Redruth and St Ives practices are located in beautiful Cornwall, not far from the coast. We have amazing teams who are highly supportive of each other and believe in treating every pet as their own and supporting the clients in every way we can.Medivet Redruth practice first opened it’s doors over half century ago and is known for having knowledgeable, friendly people to look after their very loved pets – history is very important to us, but so is the future. We still have traditional values but we are looking to continue on our exciting adventure improving and being the best we can possibly be in every aspect of the veterinary practice.Our main site is a purpose built building with four consult rooms, two operating theatres, imaging and dental suites along with a large prep area.We have the ISFM silver award (only missing out on the gold as we do not have our own out of hours) and very cat friendly with separate cat waiting area in reception and cat ward.Medivet St Ives is in a fantastic location, close to the sea, town centre and local bars and restaurants nearby for you to truly enjoy the area. As well as a stunning coast and sea front with views that are nothing short of spectacular. Not to forget being able to see this amazing view from our practice window!.We have a spacious reception area, big car park, theatre, prep room and staff room for you to enjoy your lunch in.Our rolling rota allows for a great work/life balance which we feel is essential to allow time to enjoy the best things about living in idyllic Cornwall. Our full-time position is based on a 4-day week and just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings along with no OOH.
