Be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, integrating cutting-edge technologies into our core operations. Collaborate with a diverse team across Canada, the USA, and NL to shape the future of our business processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We count on your expertise to lead the co-creation of our digital transformation strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to support our Business Optimization pillar and execute impactful initiatives. Collaboration & Implementation: Partner with IT and internal teams in Operations, Quality, HSE, HR, and Finance to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Customer Interfacing: Work alongside the Digital Experience team on projects that impact customer interactions, ensuring seamless digital integration. Project Management: Oversee the portfolio of digital Business Optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Performance Analysis: Analyze data and system performance to identify areas for improvement, innovation, and return on investment. Standards & Training: Develop and maintain digital operation standards and best practices, and mentor team members on new digital tools and technologies to foster increased digital literacy. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital manufacturing to keep our operations cutting-edge. PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Over 5 years in a digital operations role, preferably in manufacturing. Technical Skills: Project Management: Demonstrated knowledge in project management; certification is advantageous. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital technologies such as IoT, AI, and robotics. Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: Leadership Skills: Proficient in people and time management with strong leadership abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cultural Adaptability: Ability to adapt across different cultures. Trend Awareness: Curiosity and awareness of emerging digital trends. Cultural Impact: Successful track record in shaping organizational culture. Knowledge/Expertise: Change Management: Training or certification in change management is a plus. Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead in cross-functional management structures. Industry Background: Preferred background in technology, manufacturing, and strategic business growth.
