Project Manager Process, Equipment & Operational Readiness, New Facility Planning
Permanent Full Time (70 Hours per pay period)
NLHS (Location to be determined)

Applications are invited for the position of Project Manager of Process, Equipment and Operational Readiness for the New Facility Planning Team. This position is responsible for managing equipment and operational requirements associated with planning for new facility projects within NLHS. This position will work with other members of the project team, as well as internal and external stakeholders to manage and coordinate aspects of the project across all platforms. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team focused on transitioning to new spaces and processes. Activities include, but are not limited to, communications, process mapping, equipment specification and procurement, operational and transition planning as well as implementation and post occupancy evaluation.

This position is also responsible for the coordination and planning of operation set up and all equipment related to New Facility Planning. It will be responsible for validating the current transfer equipment to new facilities and any other equipment as the status changes to transfer for locations as required throughout projects. This position will also be responsible for end user and vendor consultations for equipment transfer status, collecting equipment information for tagging, and updating databases. The Project Manager may also be assigned other duties as required to support the ongoing progression of the project.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have three to five years of experience in leadership and project management. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a strong background in LEAN Processes as well as those who have obtained certification in same. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines in a self-directed manner. Strong leadership, facilitation, engagement and communication skills are required. Candidates must also display proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and must be able to adapt to new software technology. Hours of Work: 70 hours per pay period
0830-1630 Hours, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
Salary Scale: $75,022.00 to $97,529.00 per Annum
