Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Description:We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in email marketing and website optimization to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful email marketing campaigns and optimizing our website to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to align marketing strategies with business goals; applying user-centric design principles to digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless user experience.Responsibilities:Email Marketing:Implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions, while utilize segmentation and personalization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.Create visually appealing email templates tailored to our audience segments and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.Website Marketing:Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and Digital Insights platform to track performance daily.Make timely updates to website content and proactively conduct content audits to enhance the user experience.Support and troubleshoot all website-related issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.Requirements:Proven experience in email marketing with proficiency in HubSpot (or similar platform), demonstrating the ability to craft effective campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization principles.Google Ads experience with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.Familiarity with open source cms platform, DrupalExperience in mobile marketing, landing page design, content management systems, and UX design is advantageous.Analytical mindset with the ability to apply research, data analysis, critical thinking, and creativity to solve business challenges.Qualifications:Post Secondary in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of three years of experience in marketing or a similar role.Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Job Type: FT Permanent – 7.25 hrs/day Monday - FridayWork Location: Hybrid- The successful candidate will travel to Regina and/or Saskatoon for team meetings, or in-office collaboration every few months.Salary Range: $56,286.10 - $67,068.30Compensation is negotiable based on the applicants skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
