Your dedication extends to promptly addressing any issues or conflicts to enhance overall client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with departmental leaders, you'll contribute significantly to maintaining Central 1's esteemed reputation in the financial and credit union sectors. Actively pursuing partnerships with third-party organizations, you'll aim to enrich service offerings and explore new opportunities within the credit union domain. Leveraging your profound expertise in financial markets, you'll ensure that Central 1's Treasury products remain tailored to meet the evolving needs of its members. This entails skillfully managing key stakeholder relationships, representing the Central 1 brand with excellence, and proactively identifying potential avenues for business development. Your role transcends mere function; you'll serve as a prominent and influential advocate for the Treasury group, embodying its values and objectives in every interaction. What you'll be doing: Responsible for understanding Treasury strategies, especially securitization, to offer valuable insights to clients.Collaborates with treasury business lines to keep Central 1 ahead of market and industry changes, including regulatory updates.Provides expertise on all Treasury products to help clients find effective solutions.Supports business lines by analyzing credit union trends and contributing to product development.Builds relationships with internal partners to ensure products meet client needs.Works with Relationship Management Team to manage client expectations and deliver products and services efficiently.Maintains regular contact with clients across Canada to promote Central 1's offerings and identify future opportunities. Keeps abreast of clients' business profiles and suggests strategies to internal teams.Leads or assists in the sales process, including qualifying and pursuing opportunities.Monitors competitors' offerings and suggests enhancements to maintain competitiveness.Participates in sales and marketing campaigns related to funding and liquidity solutions, considering their impact on internal resources.Represents Central 1 at conferences and industry events.Organizes and conducts presentations and webinars on Central 1's products and services.Leads responses to RFPs and RFIs from existing and potential clients, utilizing negotiation skills and understanding contract terms.Acts as a liaison internally to drive change and innovation, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and retain business. What you'll have: Prioritize, set clear direction, and build strong team relationshipsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong client management and leadership abilitiesMinimum 7 years financial management experience in TreasuryBachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration with a financial designationCredit union experience preferred, national comprehension a plusExpertise in financial markets, products, and asset liability managementEntrepreneurial spirit with a client-centric approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, innovative, and creative problem solverStrong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder managementDiplomatic with ability to communicate within corporate guidelinesProven success in analyzing financial statements and recommending strategiesRecord of achieving results in a competitive environmentSalary: $90,000-$105,000 The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role.
