For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com.Expected Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake data architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes on Snowflake.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions.Design and implement ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake and other tools.Ensure data quality, integrity across the organization.Develop and maintain data security and access controls.Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of Snowflake environments.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Stay up-to-date with Snowflake features, best practices, and industry trends.Develop and manage documentation of data architecture, data models, and ETL processes.Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilots, and RFPs as needed.Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and industry regulations.Requirements:12-18 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on cloud-based technologies.5+ years of experience with Snowflake.Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data governance, and data modeling.Understanding of SAP HANA objects.Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree Canada (“LTIMC”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionHealth Care Spending AccountShort Term and Long-Term Disability CoverageLife InsuranceAnnual vacation and other Paid LeavesMaternity Leave Top Up PayThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the total compensation range for the position across all Canada locations.
