We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the role ofCo-Pack Planning Manager. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Planning, the Co-pack Planning Manageris at the heart of our efforts to innovate and excel in the competitive confectionery market. Overseeing the planning and operations of our co-packing activities, this role is instrumental in ensuring product variety and availability, aligning with consumer preferences and seasonal demands. By managing our co-pack partnerships and processes with a focus on continuous improvement, the Co-pack Planning Manager significantly contributes to our operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction, driving Lindt Canada's growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead co-packing planning operations, including capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure optimal service levels and minimal excess
  • Foster continuous improvement with co-pack partners, aligning operations with Lindt Canada's quality and efficiency standards
  • Oversee material orders and manage supplier relationships, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of inputs for co-packing operations
  • Utilize SAP IBP for comprehensive planning and analysis, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive supply chain strategy and seamless operational integration
  • Analyze performance indicators using ERP systems and planning tools, driving actionable insights for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business/Supply Chain or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in co-packing or manufacturing environments
  • Proven leadership and supplier management skills
  • Proficient in SAP IBP, SAP S4 Hana, JDE, or other ERP systems, and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • APICS/IBF/LEAN 6 SIGMA Certification and management experience are advantages
