ABOUT THE POSITION Reporting to the owner, the CFO will be responsible for managing a team of 4+ accounting professionals, some of the duties include but aren’t limited too: Mentor and lead the accounting team Oversee the financial statements, audits, budget, payroll and cashflow functions for multiple entities. Work in collaboration with the president to get financing from the banks and for quarterly bank reviews. Work in collaboration with the external lawyers for tax planning and analysis. Manage relationship with investors and investment solutions Manage and oversee different group of companies and look after financial systems implementations and upgrades. REQUIREMENTS Designated CPA 10+ accounting experience 5+ years of leadership experience Public company experience is required COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary: $160,000 to $190,000 Extended health and dental Discretionary bonus 4 to 6 weeks vacation
