Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.Broad FunctionResponsible for promoting Boston Scientific’s products and for increasing the use of Boston Scientific products for indications consistent with labelling within assigned territory. Must sell and differentiate the value of Boston Scientific and Boston Scientific products to customer groups and individual decision makers.Business Planning & Sales ExecutionEnsure effective execution of Boston Scientific’s strategies and tactics within assigned geographic areaDevelop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to geography and customer contextReview and analyse market/customer data to support and execute strategic planningIdentify key decision makers for the use of our products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territoryMaintain current CRM recordsAchieve sales goals for all promoted productsFoster commitment to Boston Scientific and our productsEducate HCPs on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approvedOptimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area in order to maximize impact and resultsReview and analyse data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goalsComply with Boston Scientific's code of conduct and policy guidelinesDemonstrate in words and actions the values of Boston ScientificInternal InteractionsProvide key market insights and field feedback to home officeCollaborate and share with sales and marketing organization ideas to overcome challenges and maximize opportunitiesParticipate on corporate wide inter-departmental project teams and/or function as a team leader for regional projects or initiatives as requested.KnowledgeDevelop deep understanding of the market and customers within assigned areaDevelop a broad understanding of the overall marketplace for our products and our competitive spaceAcquire and build upon outstanding disease/product knowledge and consultative selling skillsComplete all training requirementsPrincipal RelationshipsAccountable to – Regional Sales ManagerResponsible for – sales results and customer relationships within assigned geographic area; no direct reportsInternal – Field representatives, Marketing, HR, Training, Sales OperationsExternal – Customers, CSO leadership, VendorsEducation and ExperienceMinimum 5 years industry experience required with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in a hospital/institutional sales position.
