Our success is based on our talents.Your future role:We are looking for a Communications Advisor to join our Montreal office, reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications. The Communications Advisor will be responsible for the development and execution of communications strategies that enhance the visibility of the KRB brand. This position requires a high level of communication skills, strong organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative. Your next challenges:CommunicationImplement marketing communication strategies, including monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs);Write internal communications in French and English;Write and publish publications in French and English on LinkedIn and ensure the proper follow-up of the content calendar;Develop communication campaigns around events, legal rankings, sponsorships or recent transactions;Draft or update the firm's applications for relevant legal rankings and rankingsPublish news and update profiles on the KRB website and intranet;Prepare and update KRIB's marketing and business development tools (corporate brochures, advertisements, etc.);Ensure quality control of the use of the brand image on all KRB communication tools;Events:Design and coordinate firm events and ensure an exceptional client experience;Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, sending invitations, and facility supervision;Promote events on LinkedIn to internal and external clients and stakeholders;Provide on-site supervision of events to ensure they run smoothly, and resolve last-minute issues;Collect feedback from participants, analyze event performance, and propose improvements for future initiatives;Sponsorships and partnerships:Analyze sponsorship and partnership opportunities in light of the firm's strategic objectives;Negotiate the terms of partnerships and sponsorships, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with agreements;Ensure the activation of sponsorships, by coordinating the logistics of initiatives, following up with suppliers and ensuring optimal brand visibility;Collect feedback from participants, analyze the performance of activations, and recommend adjustments to optimize results;Who are we looking for?Degree in marketing, communications, or related field;Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;Excellent written communication skills and be bilingual in French and English;Experience in project management with a proven ability to meet deadlines;Previous experience in another law firm;Previous experience with WordPress or Canva, an asset;Be resourceful and proactive;Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail;Strong sense of customer service and professionalism;Be highly organized; andExercise the utmost discretion with regard to confidential information.Working at KRB means:Warm and friendly colleaguesCareer progression tailored to your ambitionsAn inclusive and dynamic work atmosphereA flexible and hybrid work schedule (telecommuting possible)A new office in a bright and spacious new spaceA comprehensive group health benefits planA bank of annual personal days to reconcile professional and personal lifeEmployee assistance program and telemedicine service at your fingertipsA culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion are not only valued, but celebrated
