Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face Reporting to the VP Operations, you will be in charge of the following tasks: Leading the engineering team in Quebec and abroad, developing potentialSupervise vehicle development at all stages of projectsDevelop innovative approaches to ensure the technological competitiveness of productsEnsure lasting relationships with customers and suppliersWork with other departments to ensure optimization of existing products and integrations, in line with safety and performance standards and global objectives.Ensure proper management of deadlines, budgets, quality, and human and technical resourcesAnalyze performance and work to improve process efficiencyYour professional skills Priority management and rigorLeadership and innovative spiritExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes a job well done.
