PointClickCare is looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager – Platform Services. In this role, you contribute to the vision and strategy of platform areas such as Mastered Data Registries and Authorization Models that enable care coordination across our customer base. You define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of shared services and APIs to ensure overall success across the entire product portfolio. Your direct customers will be internal product consumers, and you will play an instrumental role in enabling the organization to bring new solutions to market that transform the way healthcare is provided. To succeed in this role, you draw upon your extensive technical knowledge and experience in APIs and building shared services that accelerate development and time-to-market for multiple products. You have a track record of building sophisticated products and solving customer problems, from discovery, to implementation, to delivery. You are data and insight driven, and you bring a collaborative approach to this cross functional leadership role to ensure successful customer and business outcomes.  Key Responsibilities: •Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points.•Understand company strategy and contribute to strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas, to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share.•Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment.•Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible.•Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases.•Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers.•Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert.•Understand competitive landscape.•Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams. Required Experience:  •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field of study preferred•5+ years of Software Product Management experience. • 3+ years working Cross functionally in a Technical Environment•Experience working on Platform and Shared Services preferred not required. •Experience working in Healthcare technology preferred not required. •Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.•Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders•Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus.•Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products $125,000 - $140,000 a year#MG #MGLI#RemoteWhen you apply for a position, your information is processed and stored with Lever, in accordance with .
