The coordinator is hybrid role taking ownership of the licensed jersey and apparel, fulfillment process starting with sales order entry to PO placement and subsequent supplier correspondence. There is an element of customer service that is unique in the supply planning team. Responsibilities : Gather sales orders reps for NA and EU review for accuracy and enter in system Purchase order management for Custom and Pro business Work closely with Sales, Apparel BU and suppliers Follow ups and tracking of production and status on placed PO’s in order to address potential delivery problems Provide analyses and connect with senior leaders to highlight issues with supporting data Action any customer requests for shipment discrepancies, RMA’s etc. Continuous process improvement Requirements: Collegial or University degree in supply chain or related filed 3 years' experience in a similar role Strong ERP knowledge (Epicor is a plus). Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.  Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of hockey, sporting goods and/or apparel industry, an asset Bilingualism (French and English) WHY JOIN THE CCM TEAM? Competitive salaries, including a performance-based bonus program.
