Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis):
Analyzing B2B SharePoint/Commerce server Production support issues and fixing it.
Responsible for the analysis and resolution of support tickets via JIRA
Provide technical support in resolving Major Production Incidents and communicating to senior management the status and progress.
Debug the code for bug fixes and ensures the solutions adhere to technology standards and best practices.
Perform root cause analysis on Major issues, track and close them all.
Work with the business owners for clear understanding of problem/issues
Work with Platform team on server related issues/patching activity
Basic Qualifications:
Microsoft SharePoint 2013 – 3 to 5 years of experience
BizTalk Server – 3 to 5 years of experience
Commerce Server – 3 to 5 years of experience
C#, ASP .NET, ADO .NET, Entity Framework – 3 to 5 years of experience
REST API, Web Services, WCF Services, Windows Services – 3 to 5 years of experience
XML, XSLT, JSON – 3 to 5 years of experience
SQL Server – 3 to 5 years of experience
Visual Studio 2017. – 3 to 5 years of experience
Preferred skills:
Microsoft SharePoint 2013 – 3 to 5 years of experience
