Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities : ·Maintain existing client relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive solutions to equipment-related needs and challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and fulfilling their requirements. ·Identify prospective customers throughout the territory and solicit new business with various creative sales methods, such as conducting lunch and learns, giving presentations, attending tradeshows, etc. Qualifications Education and Experience: ·Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or diploma. Engineering or technical trade is preferred. ·Two plus years in a customer-facing role, providing solutions. ·Mechanically inclined, understanding the benefits, limitations, and pitfalls of equipment. ·Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of a CRM or similar. ·Clean drivers abstract, willing and can travel where and when needed. Skills and Competencies: ·Positive interpersonal skills, ability to build and retain trusting working relationships. ·Driven, self-motivated, and independent. ·Critical thinker, innovative, and ability to provide solutions to problems. ·Well-organized, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines. ·Continually learning, keeping up with best practices, and proven ability to catch on quickly.
