We are looking for full-time Estimators in Construction with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Duties include:Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs;Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements;Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads;Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms;Advise on tendering procedures;Analyze tenders and recommend awards;Monitor and adjust contract expenditures;Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates;Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates;Review bids and negotiate costs;Prepare contracts and tenders.Compensation: $33.50-$35.00 per hour.Special consideration will be given to various underrepresented groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
