Position Overview •The After-Hours Clinical Manager (AHM) ensures on-site presence on weekdays until at least 23:00 and on weekends until 20:00. •The after-hours manager is On-call from 23:00 to next morning at 8:00 am. •Rotation work •Responsibilities include the oversight of all clinical areas, the coordination of patient flow, providing support to staff, patients, and visitors, and coordinating nursing staff. •Providing information, advice, and guidance to staff regarding any clinical issues regarding procedures, interventions that staff need assistance with. •Giving oversight, guidance, and authorization regarding the need for additional staffing or resources when the need arises unexpectedly. •The AHM also responds to unexpected or unpredictable issues/situations that may arise. •Assisting in decision making in emergency situations.
